Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill:

An Act relating to traditional means of access for traditional                
outdoor uses and to the classification and the sale, lease, or other           
disposal of state land, water, or land and water.                              
                                                                               
There being no objection, it was so ordered.
